Edmunds, Daniel, Present Elite Shooting Performance at Jack Link Cup

The Winchester team made their mark with an elite performance at the recent Jack Link Cup held at Quail Creek Plantation in Okeechobee, Florida with strong performances from Desi Edmunds and Connor Daniel.

The event hosted more than 950 clay shooters from 10 different countries.

Edmunds, demonstrated why she continues to be one of the top female competitors in the country by accumulating an amazing four first places in the following categories: North Women’s Prelim Champion, FITASC Women’s Champion, Red Prelim Women’s Champion and Blue Women’s Prelim Champion .

Connor Daniel took home top honors in the FITASC Junior class and the FITASC Open event, an amazing achievement given that Daniel is only 15 years old. Daniel also claimed runner-up in the Sub-Junior Main Event, while Kayla Wilgus placed third.

Team Winchester captain Zach Kienbaum claimed the 5-place event, as well as finishing behind Daniel to claim second place in FITASC. Eric Harvey came third in the Main Event.

“Jack Link’s is a great brand that continues to drive excitement in the shooting sports category with this excellent event,” said Matt Campbell, Winchester’s vice president of sales and marketing. “Our Team Winchester sport shooters represent our legendary brand and best-in-class AA cartridges at the highest level. This is a solid start to the 2023 season.”

About caring for gun owners

Gun owners care. You worry about safety. You care about preventing unauthorized access to firearms. You care about improving your community, helping those in need, and conserving wildlife and wild places for generations to come. It’s time for gun owners to tell their stories and show how they’re making a difference. NSSF®, the trade association for the firearms industry, has established the Gun Owners Care campaign to unite gun owners and the firearms industry in this common cause.
