NRA partners with NAFWS to offer free online education for hunters

Fairfax, Va. – The National Rifle Association’s award-winning Hunter Education FREE online course is now available to any federally recognized Native American tribe, including tribal members of the Native American Fish and Wildlife Society. This is the latest addition as the NRA works to make the course available to hunters in all 50 states. Since the program’s inception in 2017, the NRA has provided FREE online hunter education to nearly 150,000 students, fueling interest and expansion by new hunters and shooters across the country.

The Native American Fish & Wildlife Society (NAFWS) is a national tribal organization incorporated in 1983 to develop a national communications network for the exchange of information and management techniques related to self-determined management of tribal fish and wildlife.
