The 2.2-inch blade is made of heat-treated Japanese 420J2 stainless steel and hand-finished for a long-lasting, razor-sharp edge. When it finally does go dull, don’t worry – you can replace it quickly, easily and safely at the push of a button thanks to the patented Outdoor Edge RazorSafe® system that features a flush-mounted blade release button. The blade is held securely in place with durable 420J2 stainless steel that provides the strength of a traditional knife, and the knife’s handle is made of tough ABS polymer with stainless steel liners for long life and a non-slip grip. The RaxorMini has an overall length of just 5.1 inches and is compatible with all 220 blades.
Two replacement blades are included with each knife. The packaging will not only have the number system, but it will also have a color-coded system that matches the knives and blades, just another way to ensure everyone is getting an accurate mix of knives and replaceable blades.
