The Tactical Games returns to Iowa, with 180 competitors scheduled to compete at Big Springs Range in Searsboro, Iowa on July 15-16.
Founded in 2018, the Tactical Games combines shooting with active physical fitness, as competitors undertake physical challenges including running, obstacle course and weight lifting before taking on targets at various distances with rifles and pistols, all in time.
Competitors are organized into different divisions based on experience, age, gender, and skill level.
Hosted by Brownells, the July 2023 games mark the second time the Tactical Games has hosted a competition in the Hawkeye State, less than a year after the games’ inaugural edition in Iowa in October 2022.

Spectators are welcome during the two-day event and parking will be available at the Big Springs Shooting Complex located at 4945 IA-146 near Searsboro.
Spectators are strongly encouraged to bring their own eye and hearing protection as there will be continuous live fire at the various Big Springs fields during the Tactical Games.
