Harrison defends 2022 Racegun National Title with Bushell Red Dot

CAMP PERRY, Ohio; ANNISTON, Ala. – Registration is now open for the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) youth airgun event, the Gary Anderson Invitational. The annual match will take place December 2-3, 2022 at the Judith Legerski CMP Competition Center in Alabama, and December 3 only at the Gary Anderson CMP Competition Center in Ohio.

The Gary Anderson Invitational is designed for high schools, clubs, and individuals of all experience levels, who use precision and sporting rifles in a 3×20: 20-shot tour of fire in prone, standing, and kneeling positions. Along with sportsmen and precision athletes, adapted youth competitors are welcome to compete in this event. Winners are determined overall from 3×20 qualifying scores, plus 10-shot finals held at both Camp Perry and Anniston.

Team Winchester member Zach Kienbaum was recently inducted into the 2022 National Sporting Clay Association (NSCA) Hall of Fame, an honor bestowed only on the best competitors in shooting sports history. Zach has built a storied career as a world-class clay sport champion and instructor that spans more than 25 years.

Originally from California, Zach started shooting in 1990 with his father at a local club, River Road Sporting Clays. Under the tutelage of his late father, his innate natural talents and his work ethic, Zach has been one of the most prolific and consistent sports shooters in the world. Consistency, in fact, is what matters most to Zach. He has reached the podium at the National Sporting Clay Association (NSCA) Nationals for the past five years in a row, including two championships in 2018 and 2019.

“Zach is not just a sports shooter, he is also a world-class person.
