Rob DiFatta of The Hammond Group was named Salesperson of the Year for his tireless efforts to open new accounts and increase sales with existing customers. DiFatta’s territory is Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Rob has a 124% sales increase in 2022 after posting a huge increase in 2021. Rob is constantly looking for new opportunities with his clients.
Marty Holding of the French company LH was also awarded Salesperson of the Year. Based in Utah, Marty has been instrumental in growing Evolution Outdoor’s business in the mountain states. He is a true professional who provides excellent service to his accounts and passion for the brands he represents.
The Hammond Group was awarded Sales Agency of the Year. Headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois, the Hammond Group represents Evolution Outdoor in the Upper Midwest. They have driven sales increases with accounts including Dunham’s, Meijer, Fleet Farm, Scheels, Mid-States, as well as key Buy Group members and distributors. They have produced a sales increase of over 50% YTD after a very impressive sales performance in 2021. They have established themselves as tremendous business partners with Evolution Outdoor.
