The Nebraska Park and Game Commission is partnering with the YMCA of Lincoln to expand the archery offerings available to youth in Lincoln and Lancaster County.
Starting with a winter clinic and expanding to summer leagues, this partnership will help Game and Parks bring archery to every family in the community.
Game and Parks’ Nebraska Outdoor Education Center in Lincoln will host all of the YMCA’s archery activities, beginning with the winter clinic on five consecutive Sundays beginning Nov. 13. Sessions will be offered at 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm
This clinic will teach the fundamentals of archery and include a fun competition. Equipment and instruction will be provided through the Outdoor Education Center with YMCA administration. Learn more at ymcalincoln.org/programs/sports/archery-clinic.
