Fried panfish with soy and ginger (makes about 4 servings)
Ingredients:
2 pounds. skinless and filleted panfish
4 tablespoons Hi Mountain Seasonings Ginger Soy Marinade
8 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Cooking oil to fry the fish.
