OWENSVILLE — Jeffrey L. Lofton, 61, of Owensville was called home on Aug. 2, 2022. He was born in Owensville on July 20, 1961, the son of Archie and Ruby (McClellan) Lofton. Jeff enjoyed hunting and fishing for squirrels in his youth. He was a member of the Dog patch coon club. Jeff was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Charles Lofton and Vickie Moody; nephew Andy Lofton; great-nephew Justin Lofton; and sister-in-law Zoella Lofton.
Jeff is survived by his brothers Cinda (Mike) Garwood, Wilhmene “Willy” (Henry) Walls, Keith Lofton, Dick (Charlotte) Lofton, Gary (Cathy) Lofton, and Joe (Angie) Lofton; brother-in-law Bob Moody; and many nieces and nephews.
Holder’s Funeral Home is honored and entrusted with the care of Mr. Lofton. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Holder’s Funeral Home and funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial at Maumee Cemetery with Bill Reed as officiant.
