EDGEFIELD, SC — The National Wild Turkey Federation welcomes Nomad and Huk as sponsors of the Longbeard for the Sports Show and Convention, which takes place February 15-19 in Nashville, Tennessee. This year’s festivities mark 50 years of delivering the NWTF’s mission.
“Sponsoring the National Wild Turkey Federation show is a key part of our outreach efforts each year,” said Chris Russell, vice president of marketing for Marolina Outdoor. “NWTF members are some of our biggest customers. This show marks the start of turkey season, and we are always excited to attend the event and speak with people committed to conservation and turkey hunting. This is where we collectively prepare for a new season.”
Notable outdoor brands based in the NWTF’s home state of South Carolina and sponsors of the NWTF convention since 2016, Nomad and Huk, are recurring sponsors of the convention’s Pub Crawl as well as the Waterin’ Hello. They will also occupy booth 401 in the showroom.

The first event of the NWTF Convention and Sport Show, officially sponsored by Mossy Oak, is the Pub Crawl scheduled for the night of Wednesday, February 15.
The convention festivities officially kick off on Thursday, February 16 with meetup sessions, the opening night party and the opening of the Sport Show floor, featuring more than 450 of the best exhibitors in the outdoor industry. The NWTF Sport Show takes place Thursday through Saturday at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. The convention festivities conclude with a worship service on Sunday, February 19.
