Access RAPiD Safe Keypad Vault in three ways. The RFID reader is the reference method that offers the fastest access. Hover the RFID tag over the sensor and the vault will open. Keypad Vault includes two RFID tags: a watch strap tag and a sticker. If an RFID tag is out of reach, a user-programmed 4-6 digit push button access code provides a quick secondary means of entry. A mechanical key is the security mechanism in the entry trio, ensuring the vault opens even in the event of a low battery. The vault’s gas-assisted door opens almost upwards, allowing easy access to firearms and other contents, a design well suited for discreet mounting inside a drawer or anywhere convenient for safe access. from top to bottom.
RAPiD Safe Keypad Vault features rugged, tamper-evident construction, which exceeds rigorous industry standards for secure firearm storage. A 14-gauge steel casing and internal locking tab prevent unauthorized entry and keep loved ones safe. The padded interior prevents valuables from coming into contact with the steel container.
The RAPiD Battery Powered Secure Keyboard Vault mounts virtually anywhere and can be secured to a stationary object using the pre-drilled mounting holes.
