Remington Hosts Inaugural Session to Raise Charity Funds to Heal

The Remington Gun Club hosted the inaugural Shoot to Cure Charitable Fundraiser on Friday, September 23, 2022 in Lonoke, AR. The sports clays toss raised a five-figure amount in support of the Arkansas Children’s Foundation.

Featuring Remington’s new Gun Club Cure ammunition, the event was a huge success. Bringing together community leaders, local businesses and top-tier shooters, the funds raised went to the Arkansas Children’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports children’s hospitals and disease research. Each shooter played an important role in helping families and children in need.

“We are delighted with the outcome of our first Shoot to Cure,” said Joel Hodgdon, Remington’s director of marketing. “Thanks to all of our attendees and sponsors, the Sporting Clays fundraiser gave us all the opportunity to give back to our community and break some clays along the way.”

The success of the event was made possible by sponsors such as Remington, Bushnell, Nighthawk Custom, Silencer Central, Midway USA Foundation, Staley Electric, Confetti’s, United Health, and Smart Choice Delivery, among others.
