Spartan Armor Systems will be displaying its line of American-made body armor and tactical gear for attendees to view.
SHOT Show is the world’s most comprehensive trade show for professionals involved in the shooting sports, hunting, outdoor, law enforcement and military industries. This year’s show, at both The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, will offer unique opportunities for attendees to experience first-hand the best in firearms, ammunition, law enforcement, cutlery, outdoor clothing, optics and other related products and services.

Spartan Armor Systems will introduce its new Hercules Lite RF2 Level III+/RF2 rated armor plate, offering balanced protection and performance in a standalone plate. It is designed to stop M80 BALL as well as non-armor piercing advanced threats, namely M855. The Hercules Lite provides full edge-to-edge coverage in a medium 9.5 × 12.5-inch SAPI design, weighing just 4 pounds. per plate with a thickness of 1 in.
Also on display at their booth will be the Hercules Level IV Ballistic Plate, rated to stop armor-piercing rifle projectiles up to .30-06 M2 AP, as well as the Hercules Xtreme Level IV Ceramic Ballistic Plate, Spartan’s toughest and toughest ballistic plate. Armor System. The lightest Tier IV plate yet. Featuring a boron carbide strike face and UHMWPE backing, the Hercules Xtreme Level IV is a military-grade plate that has been lab tested and shown to withstand 3-4 hits from armor-piercing .30-06 M2AP rounds.
