TenPoint Launches NEW 430-Foot-Per-Second 6.5-Inch Viper 430™ Narrow with NEW 100-Yard Range and Safe Disarm

Mogador, OH. TenPoint Crossbow Technologies recently released its latest blazingly fast crossbow with increased accuracy and safe disarming: the NEW Viper 430. A faster, narrower, more accurate version of the best-selling Viper S400 crossbow, the Viper 430 fires 40 FPS faster with an arrow of 400 grains than the previous Viper, it measures nearly an inch narrower at a sleek 6.5 inches narrow and generates improved long-range accuracy out to 100 yards.

At the heart of the Viper’s blistering speed upgrade is an increased power stroke that now measures 13 inches and our RX6-Cam™ system, which generates incredible rotation to produce speeds of 430 feet per second with the 400 arrow. grains included. The crossbow’s revolutionary Vector-Quad™ cable technology uses four cables instead of the traditional two, eliminating cam droop and generating a straight nock travel that leads to lower-range accuracy in the same bore.

The Viper 430 generates greater down-range accuracy thanks to the combination of its NEW Scope Struts and the NEW RangeMaster® 100 Scope. Dual scope struts, along with a NEW longer (+1.5”) dovetail, provide rock-solid stability for the heaviest night vision or rangefinder scopes and exponential scope durability, resulting in ensures that the scope rail will not move if it is dropped while hunting . Dual aluminum Scope Struts increase strength and stiffness by 80%. Additionally, the dovetail allows for more reach adjustments, heavier reach options, and provides the strength of a full-length rail without the added weight.

The NEW RangeMaster 100 takes our proven platform and adds a new reticle, offering crosshairs out to 100 yards. The 2-7 variable rate scope accommodates the fastest crossbow shots between 380-505 FPS. Its enhanced glass provides the shooter with greater image clarity and brightness, allowing for maximum long-range accuracy.

“From speed to maneuverability to accuracy, we’ve taken one of our best-selling crossbows to date and improved it in every way,” said Phil Bednar, CEO of TenPoint. “With more speed and safe takedown at a better price than its competition, the Viper 430 is poised to dominate the narrow crossbow market.”

The patented ACUslide™ cocking and decocking system features the automatic brake gear system that sets TenPoint apart from all other decocking crossbows on the market. The patented automatic brake eliminates the possibility of losing control during disarming, which can lead to injury and costly bow damage. While cocking and uncocking with the ACUslide, the user can remove their hand from the handle at any point, without further action, and the handle will stop in place. Also, while most crossbow crank cocking devices require more than 15 lbs. of force to operate, the ACUslide allows you to quietly cock the crossbow with only 5 lbs. of force, making it easy to operate for people of all ages and abilities.

Like all TenPoint ACUslide crossbows, the Viper 430 features the S1™ trigger. This 2-stage, zero-creep design features an advanced roller-seal system that delivers a consistent, crisp 3.5-pound pull. The trigger is equipped with a new DFI (Dry-Fire-Inhibitor) and is equipped with a nylon filament arrow retention brush that improves grip and arrow alignment to reduce noise and vibration. An integrated string stop system is also included to further reduce noise and vibration.

The 19-inch MICRO-TRAC™ barrel reduces string-to-barrel contact by 50% to provide greater accuracy and the longest string life in the industry, outperforming competitive crossbows by hundreds of times. shots.

The ultralight two-piece TEC-TACTICAL™ stock is designed to be comfortable for shooters of all sizes and includes an adjustable butt plate that adjusts 1″ to provide an ideal fit. The stock is also compatible with the optional raised cheek comb from TenPoint to ensure perfect alignment with today’s popular rangefinder optics.

The Viper 430 is 33 inches long (without Sentry Bowhanger) and 6.5 inches wide and shoots at 430 feet per second.

The Viper 430 is also equipped with the Sentry Bowhanger which allows the hunter to easily hang their bow on the bow holder and keeps the broad nose within the bow profile for use on a ground blind.
