CITY OF JEFFERSON, MO – MOC’s newest supporting member is the national chapter of Unlimited Whitetails.
The MOC representative for Whitetails Unlimited is Megan Richard, Director of Communications and Publisher of Whitetails Unlimited Magazine. Megan describes the work of Whitetails Unlimited as follows:
“Since our beginning in 1982, Whitetails Unlimited has remained true to its mission and has made great strides in the field of conservation. With more than 475 chapters, more than 115,000 members, chapter volunteers and corporate sponsors, Whitetails Unlimited has earned a reputation as the nation’s leading organization dedicating its resources to the betterment of whitetail deer and their environment.
Our mission is to raise funds to support educational programs, the enhancement and acquisition of wildlife habitat, and the preservation of shooting sports and the tradition of hunting for future generations. To date, Whitetails Unlimited has spent more than $125.9 million in services and program activities that continue to enhance and ultimately further our mission.”
