The Ultimate Long Range Hunting Rifle Scope

Designed as the ultimate high-performance long-range riflescope, the SPECTRA 6X 4.5-27x50i SFP from German Precision Optics (GPO) has been built to provide superior performance for those who hunt in environments where shooting at distances is often required. extended.

“The SPECTRA™ 6X 4.5-27x50i 2nd Focal Plane is our ultimate long-range hunting scope,” said Michael Jensen, GPO, Owner & CEO USA. “It has all the bells and whistles shooters and hunters need. more discerning desires in a second focal plane design. And while the quality and features match or exceed those of more expensive brands, it comes at a very affordable price.” With a second focal plane scope, the reticle is positioned behind the magnifying lenses in the erector tube assembly, and the reticle remains the same size as the scope’s variable power is increased or decreased, forming a ballistic reticle of fine subtension with a micro illuminated center. -point for longer shots.

The SPECTRA™ 4.5-27x50i SFP’s large 50mm objective lens system puts a lot of light to your eye, while the 4.5-27X variable power range gives you ample magnification for both close-up and close-up shots. long-range. Add in the patented iCONTROL™ microdot illumination and shot placement on dark targets will make you a believer. This scope comes standard with DoubleHD™ objective lens technology with fully multi-coated lenses, iCONTROL illumination, PASSIONtrac™ ZERO-STOP-LOCK turrets to aid in your shooting scenario. Turrets provide +/- 30 inches/MOA of range of adjustment at 100 yards. The new features of the SFP SPECTRA 6X 4.5-27x50i:

  • Shiny GPOs: A proprietary coating process that maximizes light transmission through every surface of an optical element. When light strikes an optical surface, regular uncoated high-performance glass can reflect up to 5 percent of that light, redirecting this light from being transmitted through the optical system. However, when these high performance lenses are vacuum coated with GPObright lens coatings, up to 99.7 percent of the available light passes through each optical surface. Also, when all surfaces of the entire optical system are properly coated, total light transmission can be up to over 92 percent, making the optical image from a GPO binocular or telescopic sight “bright,” even in the lowest light conditions.
  • HD Dual Objective Lens Technology: This is the final product, created when multiple extra-low dispersion lenses are chemically laminated to make a single high-performance multi-coated optical lens. Multi-lens lamination minimizes light reflection off the multi-lens surface, creates images of enhanced resolution and color contrast, and minimizes chromatic aberrations. This benefit is clearly visible with all GPO products that support this feature. This high performance process is commonly found in the photographic market and with the highest quality photographic lens manufacturers, but has now made its way into premium sports optics.
  • iControl Lighting: This ensures that users always have a charged battery by automatically turning off the lighting when the electronic module has been immobile for more than 3 hours, and alerts users when the battery has only 15 percent life remaining.

This scope is constructed from a one-piece 30mm nitrogen-filled anodized aluminum main tube that has zero-stop locking turrets, precise ¼ MOA click adjustments, CCW click rotation, removable magnification lever, adjustment third tower parallax, fast focus eyepiece, and multi-rotation engraving. It will be available Spring 2023 for a suggested retail price of $1,249.99.

NWTF South Carolina Board of Directors. .

The resolution is a significant recognition of the NWTF’s unwavering commitment to conserving wild turkeys and protecting hunting traditions. As part of this recognition, South Carolina Senator J. Thomas McElveen III will attend the Palmetto Sportsman’s Classic to sign and file SB 561.

The presentation is scheduled for Friday, March 24 at 1 pm and will take place during the Athlete’s Classic at the NWTF South Carolina State Chapter tent, weather permitting. In case of bad weather, the presentation will be moved to stands 228 and 229 inside the Cantey Building.

“A special thank you to Sens. Massey, McElveen, Young, Campsen, Cromer, Goldfinch, Hutto, Setzler, and Rep. Hixon and 123 other members of the House for cosponsoring these resolutions,” Deas said.

Although the NWTF was established 50 years ago in Virginia, that same year it moved its headquarters to Edgefield, South Carolina, and has remained there ever since. The NWTF’s mission encompasses conservation efforts across the country, and a substantial portion of the funds raised in South Carolina go to local initiatives selected by the South Carolina state chapter board.

“While our tasks and tactics have changed over these 50 years, our mission of conserving wild turkey and preserving our hunting heritage has not changed,” Deas said. “The NWTF has been responsible for conserving or enhancing more than 22 million acres of wildlife habitat, an area larger than South Carolina, since its inception. And since 2012, the NWTF has opened up access to more than 700,000 acres for hunting and recreation, and has recruited more than 1.5 million hunters. The NWTF South Carolina State Board of Directors has a strong working relationship with the USDA Forest Service, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, and the South Carolina legislature, and regularly works closely with these and other associated organizations”.

The NWTF’s commitment to habitat enhancement and conservation, as well as its focus on public access to protected lands, demonstrates dedication to its mission and to communities across the country.
