Tasmanian Tiger®, a line of tactical nylon products distributed exclusively for the US market by Proforce Equipment, Inc., will be on display at TacOps South August 24-26, 2022 at Sheraton Music City in Nashville, Tennessee. Tasmanian Tiger will showcase its TACVEC and Medic Packs product line at booth 234. For two days, more than 150 industry vendors will showcase the latest technologies and products geared toward patrol officers, SWAT, tactical teams, corrections, narcotics units, detectives and THEMES.
Tasmanian Tiger will present products from its TACVEC series that are designed specifically for police and SWAT vehicles. These products include the TT Modular Front Seat Panel, TT Sun Shade Cover, TT IFAK Headrest, TT TACVEC Bag 1, TT TACVEC Container, and TT TACVEC Gun Mount. The TT Modular Front Seat Panel is a MOLLE panel for use on the back of car front seats in a vertical or horizontal position on rear seats. Velcro pouches can be organized on the mission specific MOLLE. The TT Sun Shade Cover is an adjustable length MOLLE shell that attaches to the vehicle’s sun visor. The TT IFAK Headrest is a quick access first aid kit that mounts to the back of the car seat headrest on the driver or passenger side. The TACVEC Pouch 1 is a quick release gear bag with a zipper adapter that clips onto the modular front seat panel of the TT. Divided into three parts, the TT TACVEC container bag is ideally attached under the front seat and can be quickly removed from the vehicle in critical situations and easily used as a shoulder bag system. The latest product in the TACVEC series is the TACVEC TT Gun Mount, which is a height adjustable long barrel firearm mount for use with the TT Modular Front Seat Panel.
From the Tasmanian Tiger Medic Pack line, the recently added TT Medic Assault Pack MKII L will be on display at the Tasmanian Tiger booth. This is the largest TT medical backpack designed with a clear and smart interior division system. It measures about 4 cm. (a MOLLE strip) deeper than the previous two smaller models. The TT Medic Assault Pack MKII L can also be converted to plate carriers and vests using the supplied adapter straps for direct attachment. The foldable carry handles help to transport it quickly in an emergency. The pack also features a removable inner plate with elastic loops and internal variation attachment points to store medical equipment, a scissor pouch, and clear interior pockets identified by a colored hook-and-loop closure. There are also built-in visual bookmarks.
